Audits Find FCRHA In Good Financial Standing

Audits conducted on the Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority (FCRHA) financial statements and Federal Grants – Community Development Block Grant and HOME Investment Partnership programs – issued no compliance findings for Fiscal Year 2019. This report is a significant sign of the FCRHA’s good financial standing.

In the same way a good credit score helps residents with advantageous financing for things like mortgages, automobiles and more; the auditor’s report from fiscal year 2019 highlights the FCRHA’s efficiency and effectiveness as a financially sound organization and can result in beneficial financing to advance future affordable housing projects, programs and initiatives.
