FCRHA Welcomes New At-Large Commissioner
Commissioner Ezra Rosser was appointed to the Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority (FCRHA) on September 25, 2018. Mr. Rosser has been a Professor of Law at the American University Washington College of Law since 2006, where he teaches several courses, including Housing Law, Land Use, and Poverty Law.
Commissioner Rosser is a co-author of the textbook, Poverty Law, Policy, and Practice, and a co-editor of The Poverty Law Canon and editor of Holes in the Safety Net: Federalism and Poverty. He has written articles for numerous journals, including the California Law Review, Harvard Law & Policy Review, Washington University Law Review, Yale Human Rights and Development Law Journal, Environmental Law, and the American Indian Law Review.
Mr. Rosser received an M. Phil. from Cambridge University, a J.D. from Harvard Law School, and a B.A. in Economics and English from Yale University. He replaces former At-Large Commissioner, Willard Jasper, who resigned from the Board after more than 20 years of service in August 2018.
