is an online guide to foreclosure prevention and neighborhood stabilization developed and maintained by the Center for Housing Policy, KnowledgePlex, the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), and the Urban Institute.  The Web site provides easily accessible information on a broad range of state and local policy solutions, as well as tools to create customized data reports and maps, and an online discussion forum.

HousingPolicy.org Forum is a place to pose questions, exchange ideas and learn from the experience and expertise of others. This section of the site features interactive forums organized around policy areas including: Inclusionary Zoning, Rental Housing Preservation, Shared Equity Homeownership, Foreclosure Prevention, and Neighborhood Stabilization. New topics will be added in the future.

Insights from Housing Policy Research are research briefs prepared by the Center for Housing Policy with funding from the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation.  The first Insights in this series highlight the findings and policy implications of research on how affordable housing impacts nearby property values and how states and localities are using data collection and analysis to preserve the stock of affordable rental housing.  This round of Insights also includes a profile of work being conducted by Sandra J. Newman, director of the Johns Hopkins Institute for Policy Studies, on how housing affects children and families. 

NoVAForeclosureNetwork.org: a resource for those assisting families with foreclosure prevention in Northern Virginia is the NoVAForeclosureNetwork.org.  Created by Nonprofit NoVA, This site offers valuable contacts, timely information and understandable advice to consider when addressing a potential foreclosure. The network also serves as a clearinghouse for information on upcoming training events for foreclosure prevention counselors.
