Pathway Homes, Inc. To Receive Virginia Housing Award
Pathway Homes, Inc. has been awarded the Virginia Housing Award for the Best Housing Organization in Virginia, which will be presented at the annual Governor’s Housing Conference Nov. 14-16 in Roanoke. Pathway Homes, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing supportive services and non-time-limited affordable housing to adults with serious mental illnesses in Northern Virginia.

The Virginia Housing Awards recognizes Virginia’s most successful, innovative and effective housing efforts in the following four categories: Best Housing Program or Service, Best Housing Revitalization/Preservation Effort, Best Housing Development and Best Housing Organization overall.
The Best Organization award reflects the commitment and dedication of Pathway Homes, Inc. in partnership with Fairfax County Department of Housing and Community Development in providing affordable homes.

Joel B. McNair, CEO of Pathway Homes, Inc. expressed his appreciation to Fairfax County Department of Housing and Community Development for their continued support.  “The honor of Pathways receiving such an award would not in the least be possible without our wonderful and often creative partnerships with you and DHCD staff, as well as others, over so many years.”
