FCRHA Preserves Three Units at Fair Oaks Landing
The Fairfax County Board of Supervisors has approved the acquisition and preservation of three units at Fair Oaks Landing in the Springfield District. $188,000 in One Penny funds will be used as part of the permanent financing for the units. The project is being developed by Stanley Martin Development and will consist of 73 townhomes. One unit purchased by the FCRHA will be offered under the county’s Rental Program. The remaining two units will be part of the Magnet Housing Program and available to employees of Fire & Rescue, Police, Fairfax County Public Schools and other county agencies and other partners in the Magnet Housing Program.
