FCRHA Preserves Four Units at Bryson of Woodland Park
The Fairfax County Board of Supervisors has authorized the purchase and preservation of four units at Bryson at Woodland Park (Hunter Mill District) by the Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority (FCRHA).  $108,000 in One Penny funds will be used as a portion of the permanent financing for the units at Bryson.

Bryson was developed by Fairfield Woodland Park, L.P. and consists of twelve buildings with a total of 584 multi-family units.  The four units purchased by the FCRHA will be placed into the FCRHA rental program and will consist of one one-bedroom unit, two two-bedroom units and one three-bedroom unit.  The units will be rented to those making up to 50% of the Area Median Income.  Construction is anticipated to be completed in summer of 2007.
