Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority Preserves an Additional Eight  Units at ParcReston
The Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority (FCRHA) has acquired and preserved an additional eight (8) units of affordable housing at ParcReston in the Hunter Mill District.  This is the first of a total of 13 additional units to be purchased at ParcReston.  The FCRHA already owns and manages ten units at this site which are part of the Fairfax County Rental Program, a program that provides housing to families, single persons, seniors and supportive housing for special populations.  Each unit will be two-bedroom and have one least one bathroom.  Total acquisition cost is $2,896,000 which includes the purchase price, closing costs and potential relocation costs.  The ParcReston units will be affordable to households making 50% of the Area Median Income or below.
